‘Very hard’ to win an election with no candidates: Peta Credlin


Liberal candidates for key seats in the upcoming election should have been chosen “months ago” and not put off till “one minute to midnight,” according to Sky News host Peta Credlin. 

“Just eight weeks before an election has to be called, there are still no Liberal candidates in the vital seats of Hughes, currently held by the former Liberal, Craig Kelly,” Ms Credlin said. 

“In Warringah, once a blue-ribbon Liberal seat; Bennelong, where the respected MP John Alexander is retiring; and Dobell and Parramatta. 

“Just the sort of battler seats where Morrison might expect to do well.”
