Council on the Ageing Australia Chief Executive Ian Yates says he wants politicians to talk about “real issues” for older people this federal election rather than trying to “scare voters”.
Mr Yates told Sky News host Rita Panahi he would like the leaders from both major parties to talk about issues impacting older Australians, such as the “lack of mental health services for older people in this country”.
