Queensland has recorded 22,069 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, with about 3985 having been detected by rapid antigen tests.

There are 130,947 known active cases of the virus in the state.

Queensland Health Minister Yvette D’Ath said there were only two LGAs in Queensland that had not recorded any positive cases since December 13, when the state opened its borders.
