Bermuda’s government urged people to stay off the roads after Hurricane Fiona passed the island on Friday, September 23. Bermuda’s Hurricane Warning has been downgraded to a Tropical Storm Warning, but heavy rain and gusty winds continue, according to the Bermuda Weather Service.
